From their fashion-house headquarters in Los Angeles to Fashion Week in New York, I had the opportunity to work with with BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP's two biggest brands (BCBGMAXAZRIA and Herve Leger) in their creative digital and social media space. Essentially, the primary way that BCBGMAXAZRIA and Herve Leger's audiences learn about the brands and what the brands are doing is through social media. Thus, everyone in the company wanted to have a say in how the brands were showing up online (from the ultra-creative designers to the business-minded finance teams obviously wanting to send different messages online). My team's job was to synthesize everyone's opinions in one cohesive online image. I worked directly under the company's head Brand Engagement and Social Media Manager strategically crafting the international fashion house's brand in an ever-changing digital world. I developed content and curated social media feeds on over 15 platforms, designed innovated social campaigns/platform strategy, maintained corporate sponsorships through branded coverage, led most digital engagement efforts, and worked with the industry's top celebrities and influencers. Since "creative" and "social media" touch almost every facet of business for both brands I got an unmatched opportunity to see under the hood of one of the world's top tier fashion brands. The content I managed went out to the brand's 1.5 million+ audience and during my time with the brand our following grew by over 200,000.

 
 

I assisted in systematizing the social media system for both brands, integrating digital into several more parts of the company, and managing over 15 platforms on a daily basis.

My team also developed the social media calendar now used by almost every department (including the C-suite executives) to set strategy and analyze the success of our current digital presence.

 
 

I attended all our photoshoots and events, constantly capturing content and integrating social media into every facet of the company. I worked with photographers, videographers, designers, models, marketers and more to generate the best content to represent our brand online.

 
 

I spearheaded several creative projects in the brand, helping develop innovative ways to market our brand/products across the digital world. 

A notable project of mine was a potential redesign of their YouTube strategy and developing more high-quality content for the platform.

 
 

I also managed several partnerships with the company's corporate sponsors and the industry's top celebrities and influencers.

I primarily worked with celebrities (i.e. Victoria Justice, Joe Jonas, Michelle Rodriguez, Dirk Nowitzki, etc.) and influential fashion bloggers (i.e. Aimee Song, Camilla Coelho, Christina Milian, Madison Beer, etc.) for a variety of projects/events.
