THE AMERICAN CITY BUSINESS JOURNALS AT SXSW

During SXSW, The American City Business Journals wanted to break into the world of video-journalism with a series featuring the top CEOs, entrepreneurs, influencers, and thought leaders coming through SXSW Interactive Week. I was the Creative Director for this project and worked closely with ACBJ's team in Charlotte/Austin as well as my team from Narrative Edge in Austin. My team and I chose the 18 most exciting business leaders at the festival (from people who worked on Iron Man technology to startup CEOs touring African countries with President Obama) and set up interviews with them, managing all logistics from several parties. In addition to creating the interviews, I assisted in interviewing some of the business leaders and managing all creative for this project. The video series included over 40 videos published in over 43 cities around the United States and focused on a variety of industries (including tech, education, fashion, finance, and many more).
